This composition was written, on request, by the bandmaster of the Amsterdam Staff Band, Olaf Ritman, for the 2019-2020 season.

The songs I have used into this are "Love, Serve and Praise" by Ian Feltwel and "Just Where He Needs Me" by Andrew Mair. This song owes its title to the last mentioned song. One of the verses says:

 

"What can I do to justify my living?

What can I be to make this life worthwhile?

I'll be a voice to call men to the Savior.

Just where I am and win my Father's smile."

 

This composition has been recorded on the CD Unified. This is a joint CD of the Amsterdam Staff Band and the Household Troops Band recorded and released in 2020.
