This cornet solo was written for my best friend Martin Oosterbeek.

Martin served as a soldier in Afghanistan and during that time he has had a lot of support for the song "When I Look Into Your Holiness".

At his request I wrote this cornet solo for him. The lyrics of the song says:

"When I look into Your holiness,
When I gaze into Your loveliness,
When all things that surround become shadows
In the light of You.

When I've found the joy of reaching Your heart,
When my will becomes enthroned in Your love,
When all things that surround become shadows
In the light of You

The reason I live is to worship You."
